The cost for parenting classes is $25 per class (a total of 6 classes required to complete the course).
Payment is due at the beginning of the session and methods of accepted payment include cash or debit/credit card.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Yes, we are an in network provider for the following insurance companies:
Aetna
Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield
Cigna
United Healthcare
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Optum, Carelon, Mutual of Omaha, Kepro/Acentra, ComPsych, Health Advocate, Tellus/Lifeworks, and others
We are an out of network provider with other insurance companies which means that we do not bill insurance companies directly. Your counseling services may be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits, medical spending or health care savings accounts. Health insurance plans and benefits vary. If you are interested in using your health insurance to receive services from our agency, please call your insurance provider to inquire about reimbursement for out-of-network counseling services. We will provide you with a receipt at the end of each month which you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network coverage/reimbursement.
Individuals seeking therapy who have insurance with other providers should check their coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
-
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
-
What is my deductible and has it been met?
-
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
-
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
-
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Asking these questions in advance of scheduling an appointment will eliminate a delay in beginning the therapeutic process.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
The time that is allotted for your therapy session is unique to you. All In Dew Time Counseling & Consulting reserves that time for you and requires a 24 hour cancellation notice. Appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice will be billed at the session fee.
