I offer therapeutic services, consultation services to public and private organizations, and parenting and anger management classes. I work with individuals who are experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and other emotional or psychological disruptions. I meet them where they are and offer a space to heal.
I recognize that it is not easy or comfortable to seek help or talk about experiences that have caused pain or discomfort. Therefore, I speak to the courage it takes to show up and share your stories with me. I journey with you to recover and grow. My practice mantra is Believe that you are worthy, Begin each day honoring that belief, Become who you were created to be. This mantra encourages me and gives me the ability to encourage the clients that I serve.
My Story
I attended Tennessee State University where I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. I was conferred a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University (Atlanta, GA). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor, and a National Certified Counselor. I am a fierce social service advocate, with a wealth of experience working to positively impact the lives of others. This passion has proven to be an asset in her work as an administrator, program director, training facilitator, therapist, and board member for organizations within the Atlanta Metropolitan area.
